Assembly is a community of courtyard townhomes and condos set over local merchants in Strathcona, one of Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhoods. Authenticity is at the root of this boutique development designed by the award-winning firm EKISTICS, who drew inspiration from the surrounding industrial buildings and heritage homes.

Local Vancouver developers Fabric Living and Hudson Projects will be launching sales this spring, and prospective buyers can register online to stay up-to-date on development news and purchasing opportunities.

Assembly will consist of 40 courtyard townhomes and condos and 11 local merchant spaces. The ground level will have an internal mews with a curated art installation by Canadian artist Ola Volo, bringing together residents and community members. On the second floor, an open-air, resident-only courtyard is elevated to ensure privacy, complete with lush landscaping, a kids’ play area and plenty of lounge seating.
