Hamilton Bank Building Welcomes Elephant

Project news

A quaint new 18 seat restaurant has opened in the Hamilton Bank Building featuring food you want to eat every day. Elephant is offering drinks and snacks from an a la carte menu and a unique omakase experience over five courses, changing daily to reflect seasonality and fecundity of local farms.

Scout Magazine shares their glimpse inside this small space, big name location. Port Town is thrilled to welcome the trio behind Elephant – Miki Ellis (Dachi, Ugly Dumpling), Stephen Whiteside (Dachi, Ugly Dumpling) together with chef Justin Ell (Lee) (previously Crowbar, Superflux).
