We are very excited to announce that our Habitat project in Mount Pleasant is now 100% sold out, with the sale of our final two commercial units fronting the laneway! Congratulations to our partners Porte and Hudson and a special thanks to our brokers at Colliers and Framework for their roles in our successful sellout. 

We are working hard towards completion in Winter 2022 and can’t wait to show our new homeowners and commercial tenants their beautiful spaces.

We recently celebrated construction progress with a Topping off Party on site! Our team is so appreciative of all our trades, working hard to keep this project on schedule and their efforts deserve to be recognized. We lucked out with the weather too, check out these rooftop views!

We are also thrilled to see that the construction of the Broadway Subway Project is progressing a few blocks away. With the Mount Pleasant station just a short walk from the homes at Habitat, residents will be connected to other parts of the city with ease!
