Earlier this Summer, David Jacobson joined as Partner and Director of Project Delivery for fabric. Trace Projects, David’s Development Management and Consulting firm, has merged with fabric and we are looking forward to expanding development partnerships for active and upcoming projects. David’s background in architecture and almost 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, are instrumental to our growth plans. Our shared passion for making a positive community impact in the work we do aligns our values with our business goals.
