Our team at fabric is excited to share that our rezoning application for a purpose-built rental project at 3295–3333 Commercial Drive was approved by Council earlier this month.

Located at the base of Commercial Drive – named one of the world’s coolest streets by Time Out – the site captures the best of East Vancouver living. Positioned between Clark Park and the vibrant retail along Commercial Street just half a block away, it’s a location defined by culture, community, connectivity – and great coffee.

With a Walk Score of 94, future residents will enjoy a true walker’s and cyclist’s paradise.
