Move-in-Ready Trout Lake Townhomes on the Greenway

This June, we officially celebrated the Grand Opening of Phase 1 at The Cut, welcoming more than 120 visitors to explore our brand-new, move-in-ready townhome community in the Trout Lake neighbourhood of East Vancouver.

With sunshine overhead, handcrafted matcha in hand, and Innocent Ice Cream adding a sweet touch to the afternoon, guests experienced firsthand what makes life at The Cut so special. Visitors explored our beautifully staged display homes, gathered to music in the landscaped amenity courtyard, and discovered a community thoughtfully designed for modern family living.

Throughout the day, we heard the same feedback time and again. Guests were impressed by the quality of craftsmanship, premium finishes, and the warm, calming interiors created by McKinley Studios. It has been incredibly rewarding to see our vision for The Cut resonate so strongly with the community.

That excitement has continued well beyond opening day. In the month following the Grand Opening, three homes sold – a strong reflection of the demand for these types of homes in one of East Vancouver’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

Phase 2 Construction Update

Construction on Phase 2 is progressing towards completion, which is anticipated for November 2026. Landscaping is now in place, the central courtyard is taking shape, and the community is starting to come to life.

With Phase 1 homes ready for immediate occupancy and Phase 2 nearing completion, now is an exciting time to discover everything The Cut has to offer.
