As Director of Finance, Alex supports the financial analysis and capital structuring functions at
fabric living.

Alex has a decade of experience with foundations in valuation, financial modeling and development advisory. His experience includes: generating insights into property market trends with Colliers International, leading real estate advisory engagements across the globe at Deloitte Canada and most recently, he led the finance function of a Lower Mainland development company, arranging debt and equity financing into appropriate capital structures to facilitate acquisitions and construction.

In his free time Alex enjoys trying new restaurants, biking and spending time with his wife and baby daughter.
