David is a real estate development executive with professional training as an architect, and more than 15 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, managing complex mixed-use projects throughout the Lower Mainland. At fabric living, David leads project design, entitlement and project delivery through to construction completion. David is also the founder and director of Trace Projects, a boutique consulting firm providing real estate advisory and management services to landowners and real estate investors. Trace and fabric work seamlessly together, providing our clients and partners expert advice, analysis, deal structuring and project management. David brings clarity, knowledge and passion to each stage of the development process, from concept to construction completion.

Prior to founding Trace and joining fabric, David had been instrumental in building teams and processes for some of the largest and most active developers in the region, including Mosaic Homes, Intracorp Homes, and Darwin Properties. David has worked on master-planned communities, mixed-use condominium projects, significant purpose-built rental projects, market-driven developments in partnership with local First Nations, as well as non-profit housing partnerships.
