Jordan MacDonald is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of fabric living. His key responsibilities at fabric include sourcing new acquisition opportunities, creating and nurturing strategic partnerships and envisioning fabric’s future.
In 2015 Jordan chose to pursue his passion, and founded his first real estate development company. Jordan’s mission to live purposefully, and with passion, is at the core of fabric living.
Jordan has a proven track record of success, having co-founded two profitable ventures including Caulfield Rock, a value add real estate development firm and nod to his hometown neighbourhood in Vancouver BC, and Frontline Real Estate Services, a leading multidisciplinary commercial real estate brokerage firm.
In his early career, Jordan was an award-winning commercial property sales and leasing agent with Cushman & Wakefield Vancouver. During this time, Jordan was responsible for brokering transactions across a broad spectrum of asset classes including, industrial, office, retail and development land.
Jordan sits on the advisory board of Morteq MIC, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Geography from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of work Jordan enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, time in Tulum with friends & family and spending time with his wife and two sons – Tyson & Lennox.
